Lilian Prep was created with love, vision, and the belief that all children no matter their background deserve a joyful and meaningful start to their education.

 

Our journey began with a simple idea: what if we built a place where children are encouraged to lead with imagination, express big emotions safely, and grow at their own pace; and what if this same place could uplift future teachers by giving them the right professional training, tools, and confidence they need to lead. 

 

As the founder of Lilian Prep, I bring two Master’s Degrees one in Counseling Psychology with concentrations in School & Community Adjustment Counseling, Child and Adolescent Psychopathology, Behavior-Trauma informed Therapy , and the Psychology of Culture and Identity; and a second Master’s in Human Resource Management focused on Strategic Workforce Development, Workforce Analytics, and Digital HR Platforms.

My experience across BPS, Social Services, and Nonprofits/NGOs in the Greater Boston Area have shaped my deep understanding of both how children thrive and how educators succeed. I am committed to fostering community collaboration, applying labor force analytics, and using technology-enabled HR solutions to support our organization.
