Lilian Prep was created with the belief that every child deserves a joyful, meaningful, and nurturing start to their education.

 

Our journey began with a simple idea: what if we built a place where children are encouraged to lead with imagination, express big emotions, while learning at their own pace, and could this same space uplift future teachers by providing hands on professional training, right tools, and confidence they need to lead..

 

Before founding Lilian Prep, years were spent working directly with young children in various early education settings, gaining firsthand experience in the everyday work of creating safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments. It all began with a belief in building a strong foundation and recognizing the lasting impact of the early years.

Our founder holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Child Development, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, with a focus on School & Community Counseling, Child and Adolescent Psychopathology, Behavioral & Trauma-Informed Therapy, and the Psychology of Culture and Identity. and a second Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, centered on Strategic Professional Development, Workforce Analytics, and Digital HR Platforms. 

 

Combining Massachusetts early education and care credentials with experience across the broader early childhood education system, social services, and various nonprofits/NGOs throughout the Greater Boston Area, an understanding of both how children thrive and how educators succeed was shaped. We are committed to fostering community collaboration, applying workforce analytics to our employee training and development, and using technology-enabled HR solutions to support our organization’s long-term growth and success. Through this approach, Lilian Prep continues to build a foundation for thoughtful growth, innovation, and meaningful impact in early childhood education.
