Lilian Prep was created with love, vision, and the belief that all children no matter their background — deserve a joyful, meaningful start to their education.

 

Our journey began with a simple idea: what if we built a preschool that felt like a second home?! A place where children are encouraged to lead with imagination, express big emotions safely, and grow at their own pace; And what if this same place could uplift future teachers by giving them the support, tools, and confidence they need to thrive?!

 

As the founder of Lilian Prep, I bring two master’s degrees — one in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in School and Community Counseling and one in Human Resource Management — along with years of experience working in public schools, social services, and child-centered nonprofit communities in Boston, MA. These experiences shaped my deep understanding of both how children learn and how educators thrive.
