Lilian Prep was created with the belief that all children no matter their background deserve a joyful and meaningful start to their education.

 

Our journey began with a simple idea: what if we built a place where children are encouraged to lead with imagination, express big emotions safely, and grow at their own pace; and what if this same place could uplift future teachers by giving them the right professional training, tools, and confidence they need to lead. 

 

Our founder brings two Master’s Degrees one in Counseling Psychology with concentrations in School & Community Adjustment Counseling, Child and Adolescent Psychopathology, Behavior-Trauma informed Therapy , and the Psychology of Culture and Identity; and a second Master’s in Human Resource Management focused on Strategic Professional Development, Workforce Analytics, and Digital HR Platforms.

 

Along with years of experience across BPS, Social Services, and Nonprofits/NGOs in the Greater Boston Area, have shaped a deep understanding of both how children thrive and how educators succeed. We are committed to fostering community collaboration, applying labor force analytics to our employee training modules and using technology-enabled HR solutions to support our organization long-term growth and success.
