Field Placement & Professional Development Program

Lilian Prep aims to become a center of excellence for early childhood education and teacher development in Massachusetts. We are building a powerful foundation where both children and educators grow. Let us empower the next generation of teachers and learners side by side.

We are committed to creating an inclusive, child-centered learning environment that supports both young learners and the next generation of educators. Our school provides a structured setting for observation, guided teaching, and mentorship led by experienced educators with backgrounds in different fields such as early ed, psychology, communication, and many other similar concentration/ majors. We also offer ongoing professional development opportunities and emphasize creative, responsive curriculum implementation.
